Mayank Singhvi is the CEO and Board Member of COSMOS FINANCIAL GROUP. He has been with the Financial Group from Jan 2024 to Present in Delhi, India. Cosmos is a diversified financial services conglomerate with interests in Asset Management, Investment Banking, Credit, Corporate Advisory Etc. It is a leading NBFC which focuses on SME sector lending. Cosmos also has a Cat 1 AIF which invests in the SME sector. The group also has interests in Real Estate, Hospitality, Aviation and Luxury Art.
Mayank Singhvi was appointed Chief Executive Officer & Managing Partner – Asia at IMK Capital Partners, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Delhi, India. The organization is a sector-agnostic Fund but primary investments are in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Fintech, ESG, Renewable Energy, and BFSI. They also have exposure in capital markets across the US, London, Singapore, Hong Kong, and India. They have so far invested over USD 18 Bn across 11 countries. Here too Mayank excelled beyond par.
In 2022 Mayank joined as Managing Director - Corporate Finance at Red Ribbon Asset Management Plc based in New Delhi. Red Ribbon established in 2007 is a leading impact investment company based in the UK. Red Ribbon has operations in the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, Gibraltar, The Netherlands, Germany, Mauritius, and India. Owned by founding directors and shareholders, their close-knit team has worked together since inception. Mayank Singhvi will be incharge of transaction origination and execution at Goldstein Roth & Company which is the investment banking arm for E. Pabaney & Co. Goldstein Roth & Co focuses on Financing, M&As and PE fund raising, with transaction sizes of USD 75 Million and above.
Mayank Singhvi spearheaded a plethora of historic investment deals at Country Garden, a fortune 500 company and world's largest real estate developer. Mayank was responsible for some of the largest projects the company undertook in the subcontinent and in 2017 was awarded the title of the "Global employee of the year".
EXPERIENCE
Mayank Singhvi was responsible for managing real estate for the airport business and leading the overall corporate strategy of the GVK, one of the largest infrastructure groups in the country.
Mayank was at the forefront of the Real Estate fund at ICICI Ventures. One of the biggest highlights of his time here was that he was responsible for raising the largest RE and Infra fund that eventually got listed on London Stock Exchange.
In an illustrious career spanning for two decades Mr. Singhvi has been the vanguard of some extremely monumental transactions such as TCG acquisition of the world trade centre, the historic deal between MGF and UAE based Emaar, Vornado Equity Investment in Uppal SEZ among many others.
EXPERIENCE
Mayank kicked-off his career as an associate in the Equity Capital Markets division of DSP Merrill Lynch. At the very inception of his career, he worked on the IPO of Bharti Televentures and Punjab National Bank.
